A 30-day countdown to Thanksgiving challenge. We want you to take care of yourself through eating right, physical fitness and healthy living practices.
WHEN IS IT:
October 22 through November 21st (yes, we know - this is actually 31 days but we're going to give you Halloween off!).

Some extra bling at our event - a cool charm that hangs on your finisher's medal. We will also give out some goodies to participants during the 4 weeks.

We partnered with our favorite sponsors to put together a 4-week plan consisting of cardio work, strength work, nutrition challenges and healthy living goals. We don't ask you to be perfect, we just ask that you try to keep yourself on track before the holiday madness.

Great, our plan should work fine with your routine but don't be surprised if we challenge you to mix a few things up.

We will email you the full plan a few days before we start and keep posting weekly reminders on FB and IG.
WHAT IF I DON"T COMPLETE THE CHALLENGE?
We'll be sad but we'll get over it. Maybe invite a friend to join you so you have even more motivation. You are still eligible for random prizes just for playing along on social media.
